During November 2019 we will be asking you to take the time to give us your valuable feedback on the housing management services we provide on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council.

You will only be asked to enter the survey if you are a tenant or resident within Cheshire West and Chester.

We are working with KWest, an independent research consultancy which uses surveys to collect and report independent customer feedback. Your responses will go directly to them and will be treated in the strictest confidence.

If you are selected to take part in the survey you will receive a call from KWest Research inviting you to take part in the telephone questionnaire, which is completely voluntary. The survey will ask how satisfied you are with the services provided by ForHousing such as repairs, tenancy management and support with your finances.

The results of the survey will enable us to measure performance of the current services and identify where we need to make improvements. This is a great opportunity for you to let us know how you feel about the services we provide and your input is invaluable.
