If you have an emergency at your home and need to speak to someone urgently, our out of hours team is available 24/7. Please call 0300 123 5522.
For Police emergencies call 999 or if you need to report a non-urgent matter to the local Police please call 101.
If you can smell gas, or suspect a gas leak, always call National Grid on 0800 111 999 (anytime day or night).
Our phone lines are open for all enquiries Monday – Friday, 8am – 6:30pm and we are available for emergencies 24/7.
Although we aim to answer your call as quickly as possible, sometimes our lines can get very busy. If your call isn’t urgent or an emergency, then you can complete an online web form above or if you prefer you can call at one of our quieter times.
