Working together to prevent homelessness – Housing First

Working in partnership with landlords across Greater Manchester, we’re offering support to people facing homelessness, making sure they get a roof over their head and the support needed to keep it.

Housing First is a programme that ends homelessness for over 70% of the people it supports, with one of those people being Tracey.
Tracey has transformed her life and is now managing her finances, has improved her health and has the security of a home.

So far, the scheme has helped Tracey and 19 others settle into their homes!
