As part of the Be Proud Awards, the Super Staff Award celebrates those who go above and beyond in their line of work to improve the lives of those around them!

The winners of the Super Staff Award in Salford are Eddie and Karen from Hug In a Mug Café!

Eddie and Karen go above and beyond as they have taken a customer under their wing and given him new quality of life. They even help arrange his appointments and put carers into place to help him!

The winner of the Super Staff Award in Stockbridge Village is Hannah Ford! Hannah is always providing support and mentorship to members of staff who are new and old. She is an important member of the team as nothing is never too much trouble for her!

The winners of the Super Staff Award in Fitton Hill are Tia and Naz from Fitton Hill Library. Tia and Naz go the extra mile to provide opportunities for people in the Fitton Hill community by turning the library into a safe space. The pair have also ran activities to keep children entertained.
