Get involved: Help us improve our noise nuisance complaints services with Scrutiny

RAISE IT: Our next Scrutiny exercise is here – noise nuisance complaints.

If you’ve recently raised a noise nuisance complaint, then this scrutiny exercise could be for you! It’s a chance for you to have you say about the process and influence how we do things in the future.

This exercise isn’t for your specific complaint but to have you say about how yours was handled, have you voice heard and make positive changes to our noise nuisance complaints services for tenants in the future. You will be able to review what we do and why we do it, influencing what happens – putting you at the centre of our decision making.

Deadline to express your interest: Sunday 10 December

What can you expect if you get involved?

Depending on how much you would like to get involved, will depend on how you get involved. This can vary from focus groups, surveys and working together with us to draft an action plan for improvement. We will work with you through the Scrutiny process and together we will make things happen.

You can get involved from as little as 10 minutes to, two days per month, whatever suits you. Be the voice of your community, make things happen and RAISE IT. Have a say in shaping our delivery of services, together we can make a difference.
