How we share our performance

We’ve changed the way we set out how we are performing to make it easier for you to find the type of performance you want to know more about.

Tenant satisfaction measures

These are a new set of measures introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to make it easy for tenants to see how we are performing.

The measures focus on five key themes:

• Keeping properties in good repair
• Maintaining building safety
• Effective handling of complaints
• Respectful and helpful engagement
• Responsible neighbourhood management

Each month we are asking around 90 tenants to give us their views. Those contacted are chosen at random, but we do make sure that the total surveys are representative of tenants.

Safe Homes

The Safe home section goes into detail about landlord compliance and how we are going about making sure that we provide safe, well maintained homes.

Together with tenants charter

We’re focusing on what matters and working towards delivering the promises we set out in our Together with tenants charter. The charter was launched in April, and was developed with tenants over six-months, where we listened to you and gathered your feedback.

Strategic outcomes

We monitor how we are doing against our strategic outcomes through some key measures. This shows areas where we are doing well or where we need to improve compared to our year end targets. These are updated quarterly and these will be available 6 to 8 weeks after the end of each quarter.

We hope you like the look of this new area and find it easy to see where we are doing well and where we need to improve.
