Working together to prevent homelessness – Building new homes to prevent homelessness

Today we are sharing Chelsea’s heart-warming story of how she has turned her life around after moving into a new home.

Chelsea moved into one of 39 new homes in Salford that we developed for people facing homelessness. Having a safe and secure place to call home is making a difference to people like Chelsea.

During her time living at her new home, Chelsea has also been provided with specialist support to link her into employment and training opportunities.
