Customer Connect Hub is only open for emergencies on Thursday 12 October

Our Customer Connect Hub, once known as the Service Centre, will only be open for emergencies on Thursday 12 October.  We ask that you only get in touch if it’s an emergency to keep the phone lines open to those who need it. You can see other ways you can get in touch below, and we will be back in touch with you when we reopen fully on Friday 13 October.

The reduced service on Thursday 12 October will help our teams to get the training they need to provide you with a service you are satisfied with. We’re doing all we can to get it right by improving processes and systems as we know how important it is to you to be able to contact us quickly and easily. We want you to be happy with the service we provide you.
