Another support service in Oldham is Keyring support. Keyring support provides low level support for vulnerable adults to sustain tenancies or establish their tenancies for the first time. The support is based on networks of people supported by a volunteer whilst living independently in their own homes. The support can be short or long term dependant on the circumstances.

Knowsley
If you live in Knowsley and are struggling with rent arrears, debt, ill health or other issues that affect your tenancy, the Tenants Extra Support Service (TESS) may be able to help.
The Tenants Extra Support Service (TESS) is a free service, funded by Knowsley Council. TESS work with all Knowsley RSL landlords, private rented sector and home owners. We also work with anyone aged 16 and over. Every year we work with around 400 Knowsley residents who are at risk of losing their homes.
We can help give advice to keep your home in a good condition. We can also signpost to educational and work courses as well as other organisations who can help.
Our skilled and experienced Tenancy Support and Sustainment Officers can offer valuable help, advice, and support to get your tenancy – and your life – back on track.
