Important update – Direct Debit & messaging services

Over the weekend we have experienced technical difficulties with our messaging services (email, SMS/text).

If you have received a message from ForHousing that tells you your Direct Debit has not been paid, this message may have been sent in error.

What do I need to do?

Please check your bank to see if a payment has left your account. If a payment has been made, you don’t need to do anything, we’ll take care of the rest!

What happens next?

We’re doing everything we can to look into this to resolve the issues and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. If a payment still needs to be made, a member of the team will be in touch to discuss this with you. If you are having trouble paying your rent, please speak with us.
