Your safety is our main priority. At ForHousing, we carry out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on domestic properties to identify and assess the condition on any asbestos.
We also conduct annual re-inspections to all communal areas of our homes built pre-2000 that contain asbestos to check on its condition and record the findings.
Can I request a report on asbestos in my home?
All asbestos information that we hold is stored on our system and is available to tenants at any time. If you are a new tenant, an asbestos report is provided to you as part of your sign-up pack. You may receive it either in the form of a report for the property or an archetype report of a similar property constructed around the same time.
