It’s that time of the week again – the latest episode of the Future Matters podcast is live

Who are the guests?

We’re joined by Neil Waite, NetZero Collective Lead, and Matt Hodges, Energy and Sustainability Manager at NetZero Collective.

The NetZero Collective is an organisation that advises housing associations on sustainability and retrofitting works to improve the energy efficiency and quality of homes.

Our guests have both been passionate about sustainability for many years. Neil has over 20 years of experience in delivering change and transforming systems.

As for Matt, his green journey started 12 years ago. Matt oversees the development and delivery of large scale retrofit projects withing the social housing sector.

What’s this week’s podcast about?

Neil and Matt talk about methods and processes they use to help housing associations, especially smaller landlords, with decarbonisation projects and achieving the net zero goal by 2050.

They also touch on the success of their first project in Crawley and how it’s allowed to improve quality of homes and bring valuable data for future investments.
