When people are at risk of losing their home, we work together to put in place a plan that is right for them. We want to make sure people not only get to stay in their homes but are given an opportunity overcome any challenges they are facing and thrive.

As part of this work, we have teamed up with partners across Knowsley and Salford to provide support to help people as young as 16 keep their homes.

The Tenancy Sustainment team delivers support for people to help them live independently. This project has helped people like Anthony and Teresa.
