Working together to prevent homelessness

At ForHousing, we’re passionate about helping to improve the life of anyone who’s homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. But you may not be aware of just how much we deliver alongside our partners when it comes to homelessness prevention.

Starting today on World Homeless Day 10 October, we’re kicking off a campaign to showcase just how much activity is underway to enable people to build more positive futures for themselves. This includes everything from building new homes for sub-social rent and supporting those with complex issues to maintain a tenancy, to working with our partners in health on key programmes to support those at risk of homelessness.

This week we are focusing on Tom’s story, who has got back on his feet again after support from the Discharge to Assess scheme.
