We’ve created a safe homes portal
We want your home to be safe and well maintained and keeping you safe in your home and delivering on what matters to you is important to us. We’re always looking for opportunities to improve, and as part of our commitment to providing safe well-maintained homes, we’ve created a ‘safe homes’ portal so you can access the safety and compliance information about your home.
If you live in a high rise or low rise block, you can also see the safety information for your shared spaces too.
To submit the form, you will need the following information:
- Full name
- The first line of your address
- Your post code
- An email address you want the information to be sent to
- Your tenancy number – if you don’t know your tenancy number, you can find it on your MyAccount+ account or on any rent letters you receive from us. You can also speak to a friendly member of staff and request it using our online web chat
We will not store the information submitted on the portal and it will only be used to check your home details.
