We’ve listened, learned, and improved the way we communicate on the things that matter to you by introducing a YOURAREA NEWSLETTER that will be sent regularly to our tenants who live in Salford, Oldham, Knowsley and Fylde.
The newsletter was introduced by listening to those of you who asked for a way you can be regularly updated from ForHousing on all things that matter, from cost of living to repairs, keeping you updated on things we know you care about.
We will also be communicating on how we’re performing against targets we set, to make sure you feel satisfied, feel respected and trust us do deliver our promises. We want you to be happy and feel safe in your home and with our services.

It will also be sent digitally to anyone who has provided us with a mobile number and email address, if we do not have this information, we will send you a printed copy of the newsletter to your home address. If we do hold this information and you would still like to receive a copy in a different format, you can request this by contacting our Customer Connect Hub by completing an online website form by clicking here or call 0300 123 5522. A printed version of the newsletter is also available in a select few community centres.
