We build the homes that people want and need

We catch up with Abdolrasool who explains how living at Addy House, Eccles has helped him on his journey to a better life.

Addy House boasts 36 affordable quality homes, comprising 16 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom apartments. The development opened its doors nearly three years ago opening up new possibilities and strengthening our position as a progressive social landlord.

Before moving in, Abdolrasool lived in hostel accommodation but said his situation wasn’t good. Now he has a home he can call his own.

He says: “Once I moved here, it completely changed my life. I’m so happy.

“The other place was very small. Here you own the flat and everything is yours.”

We know that homes, places and communities matter which is why we focus on building the homes that local people want now and in the future.

“The neighbourhood is quiet and there are nice people,” says Abdolrasool. “Everything is good.”

Addy House was built on the Patricroft Conservative Club site and cost £3.3 million including £860,000 funding.
