We’ve listened to tenant views and acted upon them by introducing a newsletter

We’ve listened, learned, and improved the way we communicate with tenants on the things that matter to them by introducing a YOURAREA NEWSLETTER that will be sent regularly to tenants who live in Salford, Oldham, Knowsley and Fylde.

The newsletter was introduced by listening to tenants who asked for a way they can be regularly updated from ForHousing on all things that matter, from cost of living to repairs, keeping them updated on things we know they care about.

We will also be communicating on how we’re performing against targets we set, to make sure tenants feel satisfied, feel respected and trust us do deliver our promises. We want them to be happy and feel safe in their home and with our services.

It will also be sent digitally to tenants who have provided us with a mobile number and email address, if we do not have this information, we will send them a printed copy of the newsletter to their home address.  A printed version of the newsletter is also available in a select few community centres too.
