Tenant Charter – putting the customer first

In the latest issue of the Housing Executive Magazine Jenny Neville, Interim Deputy Chief Executive said: “Our Together with Tenants Charter sits at the centre of how we deliver services at ForHousing and how tenants hold us accountable.”

“The charter is a series of commitments to tenants. It was developed with volunteer tenants over six months, who identified key issues that are important to them and that can help improve our services.”

Jenny continues, “We always come back to asking, ‘What is the right thing to do?’ Putting tenants at the heart of what we do has always been a driver for us and our current strategy is taking this further.”
