As part of our Employment and Enterprise team, you’ll support a caseload of tenants to sustain their tenancies, via employment outcomes. You’ll engage with a wide range of tenants, sometimes with complex needs, to overcome barriers and improve life chances.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of tenants, mobilising action plans and agreed outcomes.
- Providing a flexible and holistic support service to tenants.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working with tenants to identify their goals and build on their interests.
- Maintaining accurate case files.
What we’re looking for:
- IAG level 4 qualification or willingness to work towards this.
- Experience of delivering employment support services, maximising targets, and performance management.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Willingness to travel to Oldham, Knowsley, and Salford.
