As part of our Employment and Enterprise team, you’ll support a caseload of tenants to sustain their tenancies, via employment outcomes. You’ll engage with a wide range of tenants, sometimes with complex needs, to overcome barriers and improve life chances.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a caseload of tenants, mobilising action plans and agreed outcomes.
  • Providing a flexible and holistic support service to tenants.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Working with tenants to identify their goals and build on their interests.
  • Maintaining accurate case files.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • IAG level 4 qualification or willingness to work towards this.
  • Experience of delivering employment support services, maximising targets, and performance management.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Oldham, Knowsley, and Salford.
