As part of our Homekey+ team, you’ll provide technical advice and assistance to vulnerable customers who wish to repair, adapt, or improve their homes. You’ll carry out surveys and schedule work to ensure consistent high-quality workmanship by Homekey+ and our contractors.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting on referrals to design a wide range of adaptations or schemes, to meet customer needs.
- Undertaking site surveys and producing measured drawings.
- Producing preliminary costings, specifications, and schedules of work.
- Identifying property defects and assessing the required building work.
- Preparing surveys and reports on property conditions.
- Liaising with specialist consultants and contractors to ensure schedules of work and specifications meet customer needs.
- Championing health and safety in all work.
- Visiting customers in their homes to provide advice and information.
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent construction qualification.
- Construction sector background, ideally in multiple areas, with a high level of knowledge.
- Renovation and adaptation work experience.
- Property survey experience.
