We can only do this if we’ve got people with as much enthusiasm and passion as we have for making things happen. The housing Management Contract team are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Technical Officer.

 

Providing advice, assistance and support to customers who maybe older or disabled people and other vulnerable individuals who wish to repair, adapt or improve their homes. You’ll play an integral role in our team, managing the technical surveys, planning and scheduling works to ensure the highest of quality and consistency of workmanship in the customers properties and its contractors, ensuring compliance within scope, specification and building regulations.

Candidates will have, or will be working towards, HNC / HND in Building, Building Surveying and ideally be a member of a construction related professional body, i.e., CIOB, RICS, CIBSE. With extensive knowledge of construction and adaptation technologies and excellent team management experience, you’ll have experience of working with older, vulnerable or disabled people on client managed contracts.

Candidates must hold a full driving licence.
