As part of ForFutures, our Housing Managed Contract team, you’ll work alongside customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing on-site assurance and reactive support to customers in supported accommodation.
- Dealing with challenging behaviour from customers.
- Managing scheme “protocols”, such as visitor policies.
- Working within health and safety guidelines.
- Building checks and light domestic duties.
- Working within safeguarding guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
- Awareness of safeguarding.
- Confidence and assertiveness, with great communications skills.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Awareness of homelessness legislation and practices.
