As a leader in our Customer team, you’ll drive and oversee all aspects of transformational initiatives. You’ll play a critical part in shaping the future direction of the organisation; developing and implementing strategies to optimise and enhance operational delivery and foster innovation across ForHousing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive business transformation strategy aligned with our objectives and long-term vision.
  • Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with ICT and other stakeholders to evaluate, select, and implement new technologies and digital solutions that support business goals and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Working closely with HR to assess organisational capabilities, identify skill gaps, and develop talent to deliver transformation initiatives.
  • Establishing key performance indicators and metrics to monitor progress, track results, and measure transformational efforts on business performance.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, communicating the vision for transformation, and building support for initiatives.
  • Anticipating and mitigating potential risks and challenges, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and managing relevant budgets, maximising return on investment.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Project Management qualifications and methodology experience such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
  • Experience of leadership in business transformation roles.
  • Expertise in process improvement, project management, and technology implementation.
  • Outstanding communications and influencing skills.
