As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll deliver community safety services across our neighbourhoods, and contribute to improving those services.

What you’ll be doing:
- Dealing with tenancy management issues and tackling anti-social behaviour.
- Resolving breaches of tenancy.
- Assisting with and delivering community initiatives.
- Developing local communications and providing information to tenants and stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
- Providing advice, assistance, and support to tenants.
- Collaborating with colleagues to take statements and prepare evidence to support appropriate interventions.
What we’re looking for:
- Progress towards a housing qualification, or membership of CIH would be ideal.
- Knowledge of housing legislation would be ideal.
- Experience working in a tenant-focussed environment, especially in relation anti-social behaviour, or enforcing tenancy conditions.
