Where do I sign up?
- Download the Housing Perks app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store
- Press “Sign up”, enter your details and follow the on-screen instructions
- You will be asked which housing association, select ForHousing and click continue.
- Your account will need to be registered to a ForHousing address, so keep your tenancy reference handy
- Now you’re all signed up
How does it work?
- Go to the app, search and select the brand you would like to get discount for
- Enter the amount you would like to spend on that brand and press pay securely
- Check the information to make sure you are happy with how it can be used
- Choose how you want to pay for the gift card
- When your payment is successful an eGift card will appear in your wallet on the app
- View the eGift and use it in store or online

Is the app free to use for tenants?
Yes. The app can be downloaded and all it requires is a unique code. Your account will need to be registered to a ForHousing address, so keep your tenancy reference handy.

If I have a £20 voucher and I spent £18, do I lose £2?
No. When you purchase a voucher you can use it as many times as you like until it’s empty.

Can the discounts be used in addition to loyalty cards and cashback?
Yes. Your Housing Perks app helps you save extra on top of the ways you might save already.

How long does a voucher last?
Most vouchers last 2 years. Some last 3 years. The minimum is 3 months but this is unusual.

Is there a limit on how many can be purchased?
No. You can purchase as many as you like.

How quickly do I get a voucher after I have bought it?
The average time is 2 seconds. Vouchers appear instantly, on your phone if purchased through the app.

Is the app secure?
Housing Perks is certified by the UK Government National Cyber Security Centre. Certificate available from ncsc.gov.uk.
