At ForHousing, everything we do is with you and your wellbeing in mind.
We are following government guidance and we are monitoring the advice from Public Health England.
It’s very important we put things in place so we can come into your home in a safe way. If you do have a repair, or an appointment, and are feeling unwell, with a cough, high fever or difficulty breathing, please do let us know.
All our ForHousing offices are currently closed, but we are on hand to support you, every day, in the best and safest ways possible. You can still contact us using the options below.
The quickest and easiest way to report a repair and anything non-urgent is online using our Repairs Reporter - a step-by-step tool to help make sure you request the correct repair. We’ll respond to you within one working day to arrange an appointment date and time to suit you.
If you would like to book an appointment at a time and date that suits you, you can do this by using our new booking system here, without needing to contact the service centre first.
You can also get help and advice quicker than before, no matter the time or day, by speaking to our new chatbot, Zippy. You’ll find him in the bottom right-hand corner on our website. Simply click him to start a chat.
We will do everything we can to support you and your community during this time.
