Due to development and growth, we currently have opportunities available for people to join the team as a Concierge within a brand-new luxury development at Dock 5.
In this role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception and communal areas of the building, working closely with the Property Manager, building safety team and building safety manager to ensure the successful running of the scheme.
You will also work closely with the tenants, identifying and reporting any incidents and ensuring prompt and appropriate action is taken, whilst undertaking building checks, helping with the general upkeep of the buildings and minor domestic tasks. Candidates will manage and coordinate activities at the Scheme, supporting the rest of the team and be able to use your own initiative when required.
This is a great development opportunity for somebody who wants to work within a Private Rented Setting. For this role we are looking for somebody with previous concierge experience, who is organised, has excellent communication skills and has a willingness to learn and adapt.
