Closing dates and times
Our usual services will be closed from 3pm on Friday 22 December and will re-open at 8am on Tuesday 2 January.
We have lots of ways you can reach out to us from the comfort of your own home for anything that isn’t urgent and someone will be back in touch from Tuesday 2 January.
During this period, if you need urgent help or an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 123 55 22 and a member of our out of hours team will be able to help you.

Emergency housing issues
If you are experiencing a housing problem which could lead to you becoming immediately homeless, please contact Cheshire West & Chester Council on 0808 175 3595 (option 2). You can also report concerns about somebody sleeping rough on the same phone line throughout Christmas by selecting option 3.
