Buying a shared ownership home

Fellow group member ForLiving offers new build homes for Shared Ownership, allowing you to buy a share in a home usually between 25% and 75%, at an affordable price. 

Rent is then paid on the outstanding share as well as any service charges or ground rents until you feel ready to buy more of your home.
