Who we are
We deliver the housing management services on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council.
We own and manage more than 24,000 homes across the North West. Everything we do aims to positively impact the lives of social housing tenants and deliver on what matters to them and their communities.
By listening to tenants and keeping them at the heart of all we do, we provide and manage safe, well maintained homes and deliver customer focused, equitable and efficient services. And we always want to do better.

ForHousing is part of the ForViva Group. Alongside Liberty and ForLiving, we work together to positively impact lives. We are governed by an Executive Team who are responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities of ForHousing. By making sure that the promises we make to tenants are being met, they work closely with colleagues to oversee the delivery of our Strategic Outcomes.

What we do

Tenant satisfaction is the foundation of our plans. We aim to provide excellent services that are easy to access and fast – through automation and insight. Our resources focus on delivering efficient local services that matter to tenants.
