You can pay your rent and other one-off payments online by visiting our secure payment site, set up with our partner – allpay. All you will need is your tenant details and a credit or debit card. Go to www.allpayments.net or call the automated IVR line – 0330 041 6497.
The allpay app is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. It’s free of charge and you can pay bills at the touch of a button. You can also store your payment reference numbers, bankcard details and payment amounts, so you don’t have to enter them every time. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone by debit or credit card call the ForHousing Income Team during normal working hours on 0151 373 2560.

Register online at www.allpayments.net/textpay to start texting your payments. You will need a UK-registered mobile phone, your payment card, a credit or debit card and an email address.
All you need to do is text 81025 with the following details: “Pay (enter your allocated password)” followed by the amount you want to pay and the last four digits of your credit or debit card.
