We provide housing services on behalf of Cheshire West & Chester Council, delivering safe, well-maintained, efficient, accessible and quality homes where you can thrive.

From now until 2023 we’ll be taking over the management of 147 new build homes in Cheshire West and Chester across 5 different sites.

We’re proud to be working in partnership with the council, developers, and contractors across the Northwest to bring much needed affordable homes to the area.

We believe that homes are an important foundation to improving lives of council tenants. That’s why we’re proud to also invest in the homes we manage on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council.

From adaptations and improvements to regeneration works, we’re investing in communities across the borough.

Neighbourhoods and Communities

By investing in homes and spaces, we work with Cheshire West and Chester so that your community can feel like a place where you can realise your potential and find new opportunities.

We work with a number of partners and organisations to provides services and activities to give a helping hand.

Our initiatives include schemes to help tenants get their finances under control, the chance to develop their skills and opportunities, empowering tenants to live a green and sustainable life and much more.

Neighbourhoods team

The team support tenants with changes of tenancies, rehousing requests, neighbour complaints and refer into the many support services on offer.

Led by your Housing Officer, our Neighbourhood Walkabouts provide an opportunity to actively engage with each other and bring about positive change in neighbourhoods.
