Your benefits

Our annual leave starts at 23 days (165.6 hours). The entitlement increases with length of service, up to a maximum of 30 days (216 hours), plus 3 discretionary days. This is in addition to the statutory Public and Bank Holidays.

We recognise that having or adopting children is a significant life event. If you have caring responsibilities for babies or newly adopted children, you’ll have the opportunity to share up to 52 weeks’ leave should you wish to do so.

The organisation’s pension scheme offers life assurance cover based on 3 x your basic salary payable upon death in service.

Where your role allows, on the days you don’t need to meet up to work collaboratively, you can work from a base of your choice. This could be any public place such as a library or coffee shop, or your home.

This flexibility gives you the space to focus on key tasks, whilst also being able to prioritise your wellbeing and home life – as well as having a positive impact on the environment, by travelling less.
