Wellbeing support

We offer a housing related support service in Cheshire West and Chester to help you remain living independently in your own home.

We want to work with you to provide services that positively impact your life. Our friendly wellbeing team are always on hand to chat about the support options that are available, and can help to connect you to support in the local community if and when you may need it.

Our Wellbeing Service focuses supporting you in a number of different ways including:

  • Health and wellbeing (physical and mental health support, home adaptions, loneliness and isolation)
  • Financial wellbeing (managing or reducing debt, maximising your income, budgeting and bills, increasing your skills and employment opportunities)
  • Tenancy support (at risk of losing your home for financial reasons or through breaching your tenancy agreement)
  • Maintaining your home (fire safety, domestic violence support, anti-social behaviour, hoarding)

If you’re a Cheshire West and Chester Council tenant and need extra support outside of our Wellbeing Service, you can also reach out to the Lifeline service. The Lifeline service is £2.55 per week.

If you’d like to find out more information about any of the above, please get in touch with us on 0300 123 5522.
