MHA – Methodist Homes Association are excited about new services available for over 55’s in Neston .
Why not join them or help get the word out about these fantastic activities taking place every Wednesday at Churchill Court – CH64 3TY. There is something for everyone :
Green Care Wellbeing Activity Group – 10:00am – 12noon
Interested in the natural environment ? Engage in light activity creating things for your personal environment. Get tips on looking after your garden, open space or window box and find out about nature close to you.
Soup and Sandwich Social Session – 12noon – 1pm
Drop in and enjoy a chat over freshly made soup with a sandwich – meet the team and make new friends
Dementia Support Group – 1:30pm – 3:00pm
This group provides support to people living with dementia and their carers.
There is a small charge for some of the above activities.
Find out about the Mental Wellbeing Service – a free and confidential service for anyone needing support.
