Our 2022/2023 annual report has now been published.

This report highlights how we’ve worked on behalf of the council together with partners to deliver safe, well maintained homes and customer focused, equitable and efficient services.  Everything we do has this at its core.

As we move into a new business year, our focus is putting you at the heart of our decision making. We want you to be satisfied with the services we offer, and we will work with you to listen to your opinions and feelings to make positive changes. A part of this will be the launch of the Together with Tenants Charter, a set of commitments by Cheshire West & Chester Council, co-created by tenants, just like you.

We’re excited to continue to deliver services that will positively impact your life and the lives of other council tenants by putting you at the centre of everything we do.
