The winner of the Fred Jones (Greatest Project) Award is Milestone Mums!
Milestone Mums is a charity who helps mothers who are experiencing post-natal and perinatal depression. It was set up by Sarah Finlay after her own experiences. The group meets weekly and provides support networks for the mums to share their experiences!
Milestone mums also offers workshops for the mums, such as pampering, self-care, messy play and sensory activities for children.
