Be Proud is an opportunity to celebration all the amazing work going in and around the local communities of Salford, Stockbridge, Fitton Hill and Cheshire West and Cheshire. We have received some fantastic nominations to date but we need to you to get your nominations just one more time for the following categories:
Fred Jones Award:
This award is for the Greatest Project. What project really supports the community and the people living there to thrive? This may be a new initiative, grass-routes, a project that may not always get the recognition or a well-established project that continues to keep on giving. It may be a one off initiative, but has had a big impact on the community – if you admire a project, then please let us know about it!
Maureen Clunan Award
This award is for Social Enterprise. Do you admire a local project or organisation that is set up to perhaps make money, but then all that money is re-invested back into the good of the community? Or perhaps there is a project that works creatively to support social regeneration or improve people’s wellbeing? Or it may be something completely different.
