September bank holiday closure – Everything you need to know

As you may be aware, Monday 19th September has been made a bank holiday due to the state funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. This means that our services will be closed.

We want to make sure you have all the essential information you need, and we are still here to help if it’s an emergency.

If you need to report an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 123 5522. We will still have an emergency service available on Monday. All other repairs have been rescheduled and a member of the team will reach out to you if they haven’t already to do so.

There are lots of ways you can reach out to us from the comfort of your own home, and we’ll be back in touch as soon as possible from Tuesday 20th September.
