Our 2022/2023 annual report has now been published.
This report highlights how we’ve worked on behalf of the council together with partners to deliver safe, well maintained homes and customer focused, equitable and efficient services. Everything we do has this at its core.
As we move into a new business year, our focus is putting tenants at the heart of our decision making. We want them to be satisfied with the services we offer, and we will work with tenants to listen to their opinions and feelings to make positive changes. A part of this will be the launch of the Together with Tenants Charter, a set of commitments by Cheshire West & Chester Council, co-created by working together with tenants.
We’re excited to continue to deliver services that will positively impact the lives of council tenants by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
