We want to do everything we can to support you to feel comfortable, independent and in control of your finances, especially as the cost-of-living increases.

Recently we’ve worked closely with you and your community to refresh the ForHousing website, because learning from your experiences and acting on your feedback is how we do better.

A common theme was that it was difficult to find money advice on the website. You told us that it was stopping you from accessing services that could support your household.

That’s why we’ve created a bespoke area with all the information you need, from Universal Credit and energy advice to local food banks and charities.

We like to think of it as a “one stop shop” for everything financial wellbeing – and we’ve made it very easy to find.

It’s front and centre as a main menu option on the new home page so that you can find exactly what you’re looking for, exactly when you need it.
