- Claiming Pension Credit
- Making sure you’re receiving any other financial assistance you are entitled to

Our Live Well fund is also available to support you with a short-term need that you can’t afford. It’s quick and easy for you to apply using the simple web form on our website.
You don’t need to change your direct debit payments or make any changes yet; a member of our team will reach out to in February 2026 to go through what you need to do.
