We currently have an opportunity for a Team Manger to join our Team to manage and supervise the programme delivery team, to deliver against project targets and outcomes and move people closer to removing barriers to employment.

 

Having responsibility for the line management and development of the Motiv8 team, you’ll provide a multi-disciplinary approach to tackle the root cause of poverty for the most disadvantaged, promoting social inclusion and driving local jobs and growth in partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will be employed to work solely on the Motiv8 project as this role is funded through the Buidling Better Opportunities programme by the European Social Fund and BIG Lottery Fund.

 

Our ideal candidate will hold a recognised Managerial Professional qualification with experience of managing, developing, motivating and supervision of frontline staff, working with multi disadvantaged groups.  Budget planning experience, with excellent interpersonal skills having the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, you’ll be able to prioritise your workload, managing complete, demanding workloads and will ensure deadlines and targets are met.
