Have you ever spoken to a Chat Bot?

A chat Bot is a software application used for on-line chat conversation. Chat Bots are great at solving issues quickly without the need to speak to an advisor in our contact centre. Chat Bots are a great way of getting a response quickly as they are available to help 24hrs a day.

How can you help?

We’re looking for suggestions and ideas from you about:

  • What will it look like? Will it be a human, a little robot or even a helpful happy home?
  • What will the Chat Bot be called? If you think the chatbot should be human, what gender do you think they should be?
  • What colours would you like to see used?
  • Any other suggestions or ideas on how we can make this Chat Bot user friendly or engaging.
