Latest update on ForHousing services - 5th November
Our approach, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic has always followed the latest Government guidelines. From 5th November, we will continue to bring services to you safely.
Our current ways of working have not been affected by the new lockdown. We are still operating in the same way, so you don’t need to worry.
You can still book an appointment with us via telephone or video call, and our repairs service remains open. Keep reading to find out more!
If you do have a repair that you need to report to us, the quickest and easiest way is through our MyAccount+ app. In only a few short clicks you can log your repair and get back to your day.
We want you to feel safe. If you have a repair currently booked in and you don’t feel comfortable with us coming into your home, please contact us. We can talk you through how we’ll be working in the safest way possible, or we can agree to cancel the repair until you feel happy for us to complete the work. Let us know so we can work together with you to come up with a solution.
If you have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus symptoms, or you are feeling unwell, and have a repair booked then please contact us as soon as possible so we can do the right thing, supporting you in the right way.
We’re have developed our service centre applications, website and app making it easier to request an appointment for a telephone or video appointment.

You can now get help and advice quicker than before, no matter the time or day, by speaking to our new chatbot, Zippy.
A helpline is available to support those self-isolating with access to food, medicine, financial support and loneliness.
