Wates has a new look!

You may have noticed changes to the vans and uniforms of the people who carry out repairs in your home.

Wates is now changing its name to WPS, so you might see new logos on vans, uniforms and letters. During this change, some operatives might still have Wates branding, while others will have the new WPS branding.

Take a look below at the old and new logo for Wates so you know what to look for:

What this means for you:

• It’s safe to let WPS or Wates operatives into your home. They are still working with ForHousing as usual
• The service you receive is not changing
• You may see a mix of old and new uniforms and ID badges for a while

Staying safe:

• Always ask to see an operative’s ID before letting them into your home
• If you’re unsure, you can contact us to check before letting them in
