Supporting you - Cheshire West & Chester
We offer a housing related support service in Cheshire West & Chester to help you remain living independently in your own home.
We provide a person centred service that can support you in your own home. Our friendly wellbeing team will talk to you about the support options that are available and connect you to support in the local community.
Our Wellbeing Service focuses on your primary needs in the following:
Health & wellbeing (physical and mental health support, home adaptions, loneliness and isolation)
Financial wellbeing (managing or reducing debt, maximising your income, budgeting and bills, increasing your skills & employment opportunities)
Tenancy support (at risk of losing your home for financial reasons or through breaching your tenancy agreement)
Maintaining your home (fire safety, domestic violence support, anti-social behaviour, hoarding)
If you’re a Cheshire West and Chester Council tenant and need extra support outside of our Wellbeing Service, then you can also reach out to the Lifeline service. The Lifeline service is £2.43 per week.
