What are cyclical works?
Cyclical works is like a big check-up for the outside of your home. We do this every year to keep everything in good shape. Right now, we will visit every home at least once every 10 years, totalling 1,500-2,000 homes each year.
What can I expect from a cyclical works visit to my home?
We will do things like cleaning and painting to keep your home looking nice and prevent problems. Every home is different, so we do what’s needed for each one.
We’ll also check for anything that might cause damp and mould, like water getting in to your home. If you notice any damp inside your home, we ask you to let us know so we can help fix it.
How will I know when my home is due to be checked?
We will write to you to let you know we’ll be visiting your home to see if it is due for any refurbishment and improvement works. All you need to do when this happens is confirm and book your appointment with our contractor when they contact you.
What will you do when you come to my home?
