Repairs and Maintenance
One of the advantages of being a ForHousing customer is our trusted repairs and home maintenance service.
We’ll take care of the repairs to your property that are outlined in your Cheshire West and Chester Tenancy Agreement, we work in partnership with ForWorks.
However, some repairs will be your responsibility – these are outlined in the ‘Repairs that are your responsibility Cheshire' useful link. Please check if the repair is our responsibility before you report a repair to us.
The quickest and easiest way to report a repair is online using our 'Repairs Reporter' a step by step tool to help you request the correct repair. We’ll respond to you within 4 working hours to arrange an appointment date and time to suit you.
To report an emergency repair always call 0300 123 55 22, outside of office hours you will automatically be connected to our out of hours service.
