The People and Culture committee oversees ForHousing’s approach to people, reward and organisational culture. It is responsible for recruitment, retention and remuneration of senior colleagues, the Chair, Non‑Executive Directors and Independent Directors, and for appraisal and succession planning for the Chief Executive and Board members. It also provides oversight of equity, diversity and inclusion and ensures tenants are considered in decision‑making.
